ZUMBA FITNESS

THE DANCE-PARTY WORKOUT!

 

Who would have imagined being addicted to exercise?  Zumba Fitness with Nadia is no ordinary exercise class, it is the latin-inspired class that is one big energetic party!  

 

Our classes have been running in Edinburgh since 2010, and we have grown into one big Zumba Fitness-loving family!  We would love to welcome you to our friendly classes, where the emphasis is on FUN - it really doesn't matter if you do the steps right or not!  The class is full of energy and exciting music from all around the world, guaranteed to leave you feeling sweaty and elated.  A Zumba Fitness class with Nadia burns an average of around 500-600kcals per hour!

 

ZUMBA GOLD

THE LOW-IMPACT BUT HIGH ENDORPHIN WORKOUT!

 

Zumba® Gold is a low-impact class, but I can promise you it is high enjoyment!  Zumba® Gold caters for participants who do not want to jump or prefer a bit more repetition.  It is not an age-specific class as fitness level is not related to age!  You will find routines from regular Zumba® Fitness classes, which have been modified along with fun songs you can sing along to!

 

STRONG NATION™

HIIT TRAINING TO THE BEAT!

 

Strong Nation™ is a HIIT program with a difference.  Instead of working with music playing in the background, the moves are done in time to the music.  This is not a dance class, and the moves are all based on martial arts, HIIT type training and toning exercises.  The formula of a Strong Nation™ class starts with a warm up, then into 4 seperate quadrants.  Your fitness levels will improve with this class.  It is suitable for all levels as it is normally team-taught and there are low and high options.

 

PILATES

THE CORE-ESSENTIAL WORKOUT

 

Mark Flannigan has been running established Pilates courses for over 10 years.  Mark uses various Pilates techniques from his vast knowledge and experience.  The Pilates courses run with limited numbers to ensure you are given personal attention.  Equipment such as rings, bands and stability balls are added throughout courses to challenge your core further.  Regular Pilates sessions can result in changes of body shape, reduction of pain and posturual correction.
