Our classes have been running in Edinburgh since 2010, and we have grown into one big Zumba Fitness-loving family! We would love to welcome you to our friendly classes, where the emphasis is on FUN - it really doesn't matter if you do the steps right or not! The class is full of energy and exciting music from all around the world, guaranteed to leave you feeling sweaty and elated. A Zumba Fitness class with Nadia burns an average of around 500-600kcals per hour!
Zumba with Nadia will last around 1 hour where you can put as much or as little into every move, depending on your fitness level. We welcome all ages, fitness levels and genders into our classes - no-one should be denied Zumba in Edinburgh! We have classes near Craiglockhart and Morningside in Edinburgh. We can't wait for you to join us and dance like no-one is watching!
THE CORE-ESSENTIAL WORKOUT
Mark Flannigan has been running established Pilates courses for over 10 years. Mark uses various Pilates techniques from his vast knowledge and experience. The Pilates courses run with limited numbers to ensure you are given personal attention. Equipment such as rings, bands and stability balls are added throughout courses to challenge your core further. Regular Pilates sessions can result in changes of body shape, reduction of pain and posturual correction.
TRAIN INSANE OR REMAIN THE SAME!
Insanity is the interval training class with a difference! Maximum Interval Training means you PUSH your body to it's limit in rounds of 3-5 minutes. This class is very popular with both men and women, and you can see fat-stripping results with regular attendance. Options are given throughout the class to make sure it is suitable for a wide range of fitness levels. This class is for those who want to see RESULTS!
