Nadia completed her 4-year professional dance course in 2002 in England. Nadia is qualified in many dance styles including contemporary, latin american, ballet and musical theatre. During her training, Nadia was heavily involved in dance choreography and taught in many venues across the Midlands.
After appearing in several dance shows in the Midlands and London, Nadia began a career in fitness becoming a personal trainer and group exercise instructor.
Nadia moved to Edinburgh to obtain a First Class Honours Degree in Sports and Exercise Science.
After 7 years in the fitness industry Nadia discovered Zumba in 2010 and hasn't looked back, teaching classes all over Edinburgh. Just recently, she added the Insanity fitness qualification to her repretoire in April 2014. Nadia is a Licenced UK Zumba® Jammer which means she can hold choreography workshops for Zumba® Instructors.
Mark has been teaching Group Exercise for over 25 years. He has an impressive portfolio of fitness and exercise physiology qualifications including a degree in Exercise Science.
Mark was involved in dance and martial arts from an early age, taking dance lessons alongside his previous profession as an electrician. Mark became involved in aerobics in the 1990s and went on to become a successful Sports Aerobics personality. During this time, he was crowned British and European champion and placed 4th in the world championships.
After retiring from Sports Aerobics, Mark presented at some of the biggest fitness conventions in the world such as IDEA USA. He also became an international gymnastics coach and judge for Britain.
Mark now focuses a lot of his time on Pilates, Core Stability and Exercise Physiology.
