Personal Training

Personal Training is available at Energy Gym, Meggetland with Mark or Nadia*.  Training can be tailor-made to fit your requirements.

Pilates 1-to-1

Fire up your core muscles with one hour of Pilates based training. Sessions will be tailor-made to your ability and fitness level.



Fat-burning Training

This session will aim to keep your heart-rate in the optimal zone for burning fat.  This session can include cardiovascular, strength-training or core exercises depending on the client's goals.

Strength Training

Work your body to it's maximum in only 30 minutes!  HIIT burns fat and increases your fitness level FAST.  Exercises will be varied and challenging.

Flexibility Session

Flexibility is often forgotten about during weekly training.  With over-tight muscles, you might be unable to work your body effectively.  We can help stretch out problem areas with a variety of stretching techniques.

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

This session will help you to achieve a safe and effective workout with resistance and weight-training.  Resistance training is suitable for both males and females.


Intensive Personal Training

If you are needing sessions more than once a week, you can contact either Mark or Nadia HERE.
